Sanderson's Diary, April 2006
April 1 Everyone seems to feel they have to come up with an April Fool’s joke or prank today, so just to break with the norm, I won’t! I hope no one pulled one over on you. April 3 See my newest hobby? I’ve taken up doing jigsaw puzzles. Well, it is actually a combined effort between Mom and me. She puts them together, and I contemplate taking them apart. I have a bit of difficulty coordinating getting the pieces into the puzzle, so when I find a piece that I think will fit, I swat it onto the floor in the hopes that when Mom picks it up she will see where it goes. I’m not sure how well it’s working, because it seems like we’ve been doing this same puzzle forever. Oh well, at least the table is strategically placed for a good view out the front window. April 14 Today is Good Friday. Personally, I think every Friday is a good Friday!
April 16 Today is Easter. Whoopee, I get a slice of ham after the humanoids have dinner! I love that stuff. Almost as much as Pastrami. This is my first Easter up north, and it was truly a sight to behold. Who would have believed that it could snow while the sun was shining? I understand that up here we have mushroom hunts instead of egg hunts. What I want to know is, why don’t they hunt mice? Check back now and then. I'll keep you posted on the latest developments! Hope to see you soon. Sanderson |
