Sanderson's Diary, January 2001
January 1 Happy New Year!, but will somebody make the light go away? What a great party last night. People to brush me, people to hold me, people to love me, people to play ball with me . . . what more could a cat want to start the new millenium? Hey, I can surf the net with the best of them, and regardless of what they tried to say at the end of 1999, year 2000 did NOT begin the new millennium. Okay, so now I've found yet another profession for when I get tired of being a cat . . . a know-it-all! January 2 Did I tell you that I am now a star of moving pictures? Mom built me another page last month that is just a teaser to get you here, but she had fun seeing how many different media tricks she could pack in while trying to retain the respectability she knows I insist on. When you log into the teaser site, you get to take a four-question quiz about me. If you've visited my site before you can't miss the correct answers! And you get to see a video of me stretching in the sunlight before you get down to the answers to the quiz. Pop over to it now if you want to test your Sanderson Trivia! Oops, one of those web snitches found out that I wasn’t over 13 years old and the site got zapped. I’ll try it again in a few more years. January 29 Boy has this been a busy month. It's been almost as long as the month of February since I've written anything. Mom just got back from Napa (no, she wasn't institutionalized!) where she accepted an Outstanding Systems Award for one of their computer systems at work. There are pictures, but as I'm not in them, I don't know why anyone would be interested! I'll try to link to one when I get a chance any how. I got to stay home by myself the night Mom was gone. It was pretty cool having my choice of the pillows, but I missed having someone to toss the balls for me. Humans can be an irritant, but they know how to open the new packages of treats. Check back now and then. I'll keep you posted on the latest developments! Hope to see you soon. Sanderson |
