Sanderson's Diary, July 2007
July 4 Happy Birthday America! And all that stuff. Personally, I’m just going to enjoy the barbecued meat and hide under the blanket when things start getting loud later on tonight. I remember the noise from prior years, and intend to make sure no one can find me. Not that that makes it any quieter, but if the fireworks don’t see me, I can pretend I don’t hear them. Let’s see, how many more of our senses can I work in here? July 7 Well, it was another car ride yesterday. Fortunately, it was just to get my rabies shot and annual physical. I like my doc, so it wasn’t so bad. But wasn’t I supposed to get a lollipop or something? July 16 Yippee!!!!! I get to stop taking the pills again. I guess I have really strange blood sugar. Now it seems to have dropped to normal again. I suppose I got used to the different food. I don’t like it as well as I did the formula that they took off the market, but at least what I eat now isn’t supposed to be able to kill me. And that can be critical when a cat only has nine lives! July 27 Is is just me, or is it getting hotter in here? Okay, the air conditioning just went out. This is going to be fun with all my fur. Maybe Mom will brush me a lot, and we can move to Alaska or something. They have people who can fix these things, right? Check back now and then. I'll keep you posted on the latest developments! Hope to see you soon. Sanderson |
