Sanderson's Diary, March 1999
March 2 Ah, it is so good to see a little sunshine coming through the windows again. If I stretch out and roll over onto my back, I'm nearly a platinum blonde! By the way, Mom's not mad over the e-mail any more. With one less thing to do when she signs on to the computer, she's got that much more time to visit and play games (and of course, to play with me!). March 7 It's hard to believe it is almost Saint Patrick's Day! I refuse to be wearing the green, but I don't have any objection to laying on it! I'm hoping that no one tries to pin a shamrock on me or something dumb like that, but I wouldn't mind having a wee leprechaun around the house. As long as it can get along with my other pets, that is! March 15 Boy, I don't know about these e-mail providers. Just when we were convinced that our usa.net account was history, those special folks in customer service sent us an e-mail (to the account I cancelled, or course) and told us that it was working again. Sheeeeesh. How were we supposed to get it? Mom says e-mail is just getting too unreliable any more. I don't know what I'll do. That puts us down to our last 10 accounts! This is so much fun. I don't know what I did before I became computer literate...
March 19 I survived the Saint Patrick's Day festivities. Hope you did too. Actually, I talked Mom into an early night. She had a big meeting the next day and when it didn't look like bed time was coming any time soon, I unplugged the lamps in the living room and went upstairs and turned on the light in my bathroom. Mom got the hint. She brought me home an early Easter present she picked up on the way back to town. I don't know for sure where she was, but they sure do grow their bunnies big. Just look at this one... it even came with its own carrot! March 29 It is almost Easter Sunday, which is probably a good thing because the bunny population is growing! Aunt Penny gave me the neatest curly-haired white bunny. It is the same size as Randy and Rainy and Bird, and so much fun to pick up by an ear or paw and play with. Just made for carrying around! I am a lucky boy with all my pets, and I try to take good care of them. I fed them all today, but Mom caught me before I could water them. Oh well, tomorrow! Check back now and then. I'll keep you posted on the latest developments! Hope to see you soon. Sanderson |
