Sanderson's Diary, September 2007
September 4 So yesterday was Labor Day. I celebrated by doing nothing, so let’s not beLABOR the point! September 10 The deer babies are growing up and their spots are starting to fade out. They are so cute to watch frolicking around the stream. Of course, my view is somewhat limited by distance, but at least I don’t have to be worried about getting ticks. That would be such a nuisance. Probably worse than getting cuddled when I’m not in the mood. Or being rudely awakened from a nap for a photo opportunity. September 24 Remember I was just complaining about how hot it was in here? Hard to believe, but I seem to be bulking up my coat for winter already. And sleeping on blankets, not running from them. And spending more lap time, because Mom’s lap is warm! Does this mean it is going to be a hard winter? It’s a good thing Mom has the tractor to plow the driveway so she can still get out to get me more food in case it snows. Pathetic, huh? Ten years old and all I do is talk about eating and sleeping. But I do them both so well! Check back now and then. I'll keep you posted on the latest developments! Hope to see you soon. Sanderson |
