Chick Quick

3 pounds frying chicken, cut up
2/3 cup water
1 cup flour
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 cup vegetable oil

Place water in pressure cooker. Add chicken. Cook for ten minutes. Remove chicken from cooker and drain. Place flour, parmesan cheese, and seasonings in a paper bag. Add cooked chicken. Shake until all pieces are coated with mixture. Fry chicken in hot oil over medium to high heat until golden brown (approximately 15 minutes). Serves four.
