Chicken ala Al Astor

This recipe came to me from Mom's friend Al Astor, who is quite the gourmand. You should enjoy it!

Chicken Breasts, chopped (as many as needed for serving quantity
3 tablespoons oyster sauce per chicken breast
2 cloves garlic, chopped, per chicken breast
2 leaves corriander, chopped, per chicken breast

Stir fry, eat, and be merry!
