Chicken Tostadas
1 package corn tortillas vegetable oil 2 cups cooked chicken, seasoned and shredded 1 cup shredded lettuce 1 cup chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup chopped onions 1 carton sour cream 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 jar commercially-prepared picante sauce 1 small can chopped olives chopped Jalapeno peppers (optional)
Fry one tortilla at a time in hot vegetable oil. Drain on paper towel. Place on plate and cover with shredded chicken. Add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapeno peppers, sour cream, cheddar cheese, picante sauce, and olives.
