Chicken Wiggle
1 Hen 2 Onions, chopped 2 Green peppers, chopped 1 Small can pimento, chopped and undrained Oil 1/2 to 1 Pound noodles 1 Can peas or sliced water chestnuts 1 Small can mushrooms, chopped 1/2 Bottle Worcestershire sauce Hot sauce to taste 1/2 Pound butter
Cook hen until tender. Remove from broth, reserving broth. Remove meat from bones and cut into bite-sized pieces. Cook onions, green peper, and pimento in a small amount of oil until tender. Cook noodles in reserved chicken broth until tender. Add all ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Serves 12 (or a couple of Maine Coon cats!).
