Ham Salad Finger Rolls

6.5 ounces chunked ham
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon grated onion
6 slices bread
1/4 cup butter or margerine
1 egg
1/4 cup sesame seed

Mix ham, mayonnaise, pickle relish, and onion in a small bowl. Set aside. Trim crusts from bread. Roll to 1/4-inch thickness with rolling pin. Spread each slice of bread with ham mixture and roll up, jelly roll-style.

Place butter in a shallow dish and microwave on High until melted. Beat egg into butter. Roll sandwich rolls in butter/egg mixture and coat with sesame seeds. Wrap, label, and freeze prior to serving.

To serve, cut each roll into six pieces. Fan around edges of two 12-inch plates. Microwave each plate on High for 3-6 minutes until hot, rotating plates at least once. Makes 3 dozen rolls.
