Sanderson's Diary, June 2000
June 1 Hey, aren't y'all proud of me? I let a holiday pass without writing anything! June 2 Mom and I have a new game. We play it with the foam rubber golf balls, but it is more like handball than volleyball. I go about half way up the stairs and Mom tosses me a ball. If I'm in the right mood, I bat it back down to her with one of my front paws. I'm ambidextrous, so it doesn't really matter where she throws it. If I'm feeling obnoxious, like usual, then I just snag 'em and pile 'em up on the stair tread. If Mom's really bored, I can accumulate quite a stash! June 17 Tomorrow is Father's Day. I'm not expecting anything, because as you know, I lost the family jewels before I could ensure the continuance of the lineage. I'm not complaining though. I don't have to deal with all those little kittens running around the house and getting in the way. This way I have Mom to myself. Besides, she'd be a Grandmom if I had children, and that's harder to say. Anyhow, Happy Father's Day to all you guys out there with kiddies. Check back now and then. I'll keep you posted on the latest developments! Hope to see you soon. Sanderson |
