Mom's Meatloaf

There are no measurements provided with this recipe because Mom likes it to taste a little different each time. Also please note that you don't have to use all the seasonings, but the first ones in the list are recommended!

Ground beef
Bread Crumbs
Egg(s)
Milk
Green pepper
Onion
Salt
Pepper
Seasoned salt
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Oregano
Cumin
Celery seed
Teriyaki sauce
Worchester sauce
Barbecue sauce
Steak sauce
Kitchen sink!

Combine ingredients. Add milk until it is the consistency you like. Form into a loaf and place into a glass baking dish. Bake in 400 degree oven for 45-60 minutes, depending on the size of the loaf.

For variety, you can add potatoes around the loaf. Peal and quarter lengthwise. They will get to be a nice golden brown cooked in the meatloaf drippings. Turn them once about half way through the cooking cycle.
