Parmesan Chicken

3 pounds chicken, cut up
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Clean chicken while melting butter or margarine. In a separate container, combine dry ingredients and cheese. Roll chicken in melted butter or margarine, then in cheese mixture. Place in a baking dish, approximately 13 x 9 x 2-inch in size. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. Serves four.
